  I did cardio 3 days a week and weight lifting twice a week. Rest on weekends. And the weight was just melting off so quickly. But I’m not a monster, I had a cheat meal every Friday evening of any food and dessert. Just stay strong and power through. So months down the road you aren’t looking in the mirror thinking how you COULD look if you stuck to the workout but be happy with your new body

  Honestly. It’s 70% diet and 30% exercise. I only ate grilled/baked/sautéed chicken and broccoli or spinach for breakfast lunch and dinner. And that’s the hardest part tbh. Sticking to the diet cause you will have cravings. But stay strong. And only drink water, like a lot of water. You will have to pee A LOT.

  This is such bullshit. I’ve done sports since middle school into university. That means doing homework , projects and also having to do practices or games or banquets while still being able to get to sleep by 10:30pm if I actually wanted to. Tho I stayed up until midnight most nights and got up about 6-6.5 hours later. You can get plenty of sleep with no issues. You can push school times to 10am and ppl would just stay up later cause they know they don’t have to get up until later
